Who are we?
The Internationals working group are volunteers, living in Duinoord, who want you to feel at home in this fantastic neighborhood.
Our Goals:
To build a feeling of community among people from other countries, now living in Duinoord, whether you just moved here for a few years or are a long-time resident.
The Internationals working group connects more than 80 people, from 15 different countries. We come together to share our knowledge, experiences, and friendship over food and drink.
Each year we offer 5 events
- In January – a pot-luck supper where each person brings a dish from their culture to share with others.
- In April – a walking tour of Duinoord’s history and unique sites.
- In July – a BBQ where everybody brings a side dish
- In September – a welcome-drinks evening with snacks from every culture
- And for children – a Halloween party on October 31st!
